Share your journey

Share your journey with your audience. Audiences love authenticity and can relate to unpolished content. When you share behind-the-scenes of your work or something you’re going through, they feel connected. People love to feel like they’re a part of something bigger than themselves. Your audience will appreciate you allowing them to see a glimpse into your life.

Share accomplishments

Another great way to connect with your audience is by sharing your accomplishments, whether it’s huge goals you’ve reached or small, everyday tasks you’ve checked off your list. When you provide value to your audience, they will love you forever. What do you know how to do that your audience is struggling with? Provide how-to guides for your audience. Whether you want to create a carousel post on Instagram, a long-form post on Facebook, a thread on Twitter, or a detailed e-mail — your audience will thank you for the information by becoming loyal. When you provide value, your audience will come back for more.


When you overdeliver to your audience, you will win no matter what. How do you do this? For example, if you provide your audience with a how-to guide, include a link to a valuable download inside the guide. If you promise to go live, at the end of the live, do a Q&A so that your audience can get their questions answered. If you tell your subscribers that they’ll receive an e-mail once per week, opt to send them two. Those who overdeliver will always succeed and grow loyal audiences.
